House. Late C18. Stucco; brick end stack and stack to rear. Three storeys; four window range: 6/6 sashes in beaded cases; similar over (two early C20); pilasters and moulded cornice, returned to left (Brand Lane); stone coped parapet, returned to gables. Entrance to right centre has six fielded panel door in moulded case, with overlight, under moulded flat hood on consoles and pilasters; three 6/6 sashes. No.10 Brand Lane (qv) now also forms part of this house.
