House. Early C19. Brick; slate roof; brick end stack. Three storeys; three window range: C20 sashes under gauged brick arches: similar fenestration over; pierced soffit to eaves. To left, six fielded panel door, (upper two panels glazed) in panelled case under C20 hood on pilasters. Now forms part of No.23 Broad Street (qv).
