House. C17. Timber-frame and plaster; thatch; massive rubble
stack to west gable. L-shaped plan. 2-storeys; west front (to
road) has two C19, 2-light metal lattice casements, either
side of stepped stack base; to left, outshut, to right simple
porch, both with stone tiled roof; studded and battened plank
door. Right returned side has 3-light casement and leaded
light casement to ground floor. Left returned side has 2-light
window with leaded lights and gable with small metal lattice
light. Rear elevation of rubble, with plastered gable; C19,
2-light casement to ground and 1st floors. Wing to left of
painted brick, with timber-frame to rear; C18 reused
stable-door in porch, flanked by wood mullion and transom
windows; brick end stack, and small outshut; plank door to
rear.
