GV II

House. Mid C18. Rubble walls with timber lintels; steep
Delabole slate roofs with modillioned cornice to front of main
roof; integral outshut at rear; tall brick stack towards left;
rendered stack on right. Double-depth plan with single-depth
service range on the left. 2 storeys; overall 7-window range.
Main 5-window front on its right, symmetrical until c1880s
when canted 4-light bay window substituted for 2 windows right
of doorway, also when present 2-pane hornless sashes were
fitted; central doorway with engaged twisted rope enriched
columns; fascia and moulded hood; deep panelled reveals and
panelled door with glazed top panels. 1-window service wing on
the left has weathered buttress on its left and 1-window
lean-to at far left. INTERIOR not inspected but said to be of
interest.
