Town house. Mid C19. Stucco front with dressed granite plinth,
quoins, jambs and string, otherwise rubble walls; dry Delabole
slate roof with projecting eaves; cast-iron ogee gutters.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front.
Original 12-pane hornless sashes; central pedimented partly
glazed porch; 6-panel inner door with top 4 panels glazed.
INTERIOR virtually unaltered. Original features include
open-well staircase with mahogany handrail over turned newel;
moulded plaster ceilings to entrance hall and parlour, window
shutters and at least one chimneypiece. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES:
rubble wall attached right of rear ramps up to reset
hollow-chamfered granite doorway.
