Cottage. Probably C18. Plastered cob on stone rubble footings; stone rubble or
brick stacks with C19 brick tops and Rolle Estate chimney pots; thatch roof and
slate to outshots.
2-room plan house with central stair. End stacks. probably secondary outshots to
rear. Main house 2 storeys.
Symmetrical 3-window front of C19 and C20 replacement casements. The ground floor
windows are larger than those on the first floor and the latter have thatch eyebrows
over. Central doorway contains C20 door and semi-conical thatch hood. Roof is
gable-ended both ends.
Interior not inspected.
