Small picturesque early to mid C19 Gothicised dairy pavilion, elongated octagon, possibly incorporating reset cusped window heads, rendered vermiculation. Irregular parapet. Leaded central finial vent. Rustic rubble arch carried over path.

Nos 1 to 4 (consec) 4a, 5 to 9 (consec) 9A,10 to 26 (consec), dairy pavilion the garden of No 7 and Mistress Pages House form a group.
