TQ 35SW BLETCHINGLEY C.P. HIGH STREET (north side)

2/29 Poplar House
GV II

House. Cl7 with Cl9 front. Timber framed to rear right, incised render front
with coped parapet largely obscuring hipped slate roof. Rendered ridge stack
to left of centre, 2 diagonal rendered stacks to right end. 2 storeys, late
C19 angle bays rising through 2 floors with dentil bands to tops in ends. 3
glazing bar sash windows across centre. Central 6 panel door with top two panels
glazed under flat dentilled porch hood on chamfered Doric piers. Right hand
return front; roughcast with some square panel framing exposed to end.
