Pair of cottages. C17 or early C18 with 1970s restoration and refronting replacing c1800 brick front. Timber-frame on brick plinth; renewed tile roof with brick stack to front of ridge. Single storey with attic; 2-window range. Entrance to right of centre has C20 plank door; C20 window to left has 2+2-light leaded casements, small light to right end; 2 gabled dormers with 2-light leaded casements. Rear is plastered and has 2 gabled dormers. (Bearman R: Stratford-upon-Avon: A History of its streets and buildings: Nelson: 1988-: 29).
