Town house now offices. c1820. Stuccoed brick; slate roof with
brick end stack. Georgian style. 3 storeys; 2-window range.
Platt band over ground floor and top cornice. Entrance to
right end has doorcase with incised pilasters and bracketed
pediment, overlight to half-glazed door. Large canted bay
window to left has cornice and renewed 4:16:4-pane sashes;
windows to upper floors have sills and 4-pane horned sashes,
6-pane to 2nd floor. With C20 glazing, ground floor canted bay
without glazing bars. Good wrought-iron sign bracket. Rear has
sashed windows and rainwater head dated: 1823; 2-storey rear
wing has window with 30-pane sash. INTERIOR: stick-baluster
staircase.
