Town house. Probably C18 on C17 site. Render replacing stucco
on rubble to front; steep dry Delabole slate roof with coved
cornice, cast-iron ogee gutters. Deep plan. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window front. Late C19 twelve-pane horned sashes
and central open-pedimented doorway with moulded architrave
and C20 partly-glazed door. INTERIOR: not inspected but likely
to be of interest.
