Town house with later shop. Probably late C18. Granite ashlar
front with segmental keyed arches to ground and 1st floors;
dry slate roof with modillion eaves cornice; brick end stacks.
Deep plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Wide openings with late
C19 six-pane horned sashes flanking central similar narrow
4-pane sashes. Ground floor has approximately central doorway
with 6-pane door with fielded panels and overlight, linked to
doorway of late C19 shopfront on the left with fluted end
pilasters; ornate consoles and fascia boarded over. INTERIOR:
not inspected but likely to be of interest.
