Monument to members of the Bate family: Ann (d.1842), Jane
(d.1868), and John (d.1876). Ashlar. Square base has stumps of
railings; tall battered plinth has inscription panels; top
acanthus moulding and heavy gabled cap with wreaths and draped
urn.
