One of a pair of small town houses. c1810. Local freestone
ashlar front, asbestos slate roof and brick end stacks on the
left. Double-depth plan, one of a mirror-image pair. 2
storeys; 2-window-range front. Round-arched doorway with
6-panel door and spoked fanlight on the right. C20 horned
sashes with glazing bars under shallow cambered arches.
