Small town house. c1810. Local freestone ashlar front, slate
roof and brick end stack on the right. Double-depth plan. 2
storeys; 2-window range to front. Round-arched doorway with
6-panel door and spoked fanlight on the left. Original 16-pane
hornless sashes under cambered arches with projecting key
blocks. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: original closely-spaced wrought-iron
railings over stuccoed forecourt plinth with urn finials over
stanchions.
