Milepost. Probably mid-to-late C19. Cast iron with black painted base
and raised lettering. Triangular in section with chamfered top, sloping
to front. Lettered: "MUCKLESTONE" on top; "ECCLESHALL 8/STAFFORD 15"
on left; "KNIGHTON 2¾ /PIPEGATE 3½ /WOORE 4¼ /NANTWICH 12¼" on right.
