Outbuilding, now house. Early C19 with C20 alterations. Red
brick with slate roof and dentilled eaves band. Two storeys and
two bays. North elevation fronts on to the canal and has a wide
segmental arched doorcase with double plank doors and a similar
opening above, now with glazed screen. Side elevations have C20
windows in original segment headed openings, two above and two
below. Built as part of the Trent and Mersey Canal. Included
for group value only.
