GV II

House. Probably late C18. Granite ashlar with keyed flat
arches; central section of 1st floor of rendered probable
studwork; hipped dry Delabole slate roof to front, asbestos
slate to rear wings; rendered stack on the right, axial stack
to wing, cast-iron ogee gutters. Double-depth plan plus rear
wing on left. 3-storeys; symmetrical 3-window south front.
Late C19 or C20 tripartite horned sashes in wide openings;
central doorway with pilastered wooden doorcase with cavetto
brackets to hood; 3-panel door and squat overlight. INTERIOR
not inspected but likely to be of interest.
