GV II

Town house, now shop. Early C19. Stuccoed front; slate roof
with very deep eaves over pairs of wooden brackets. Very deep
plan with early C20 shop at the front, former maltings at the
rear. 3 storeys; 2-window range. String course and keyblocks
over original hornless sashes with glazing bars. Early C20
shop front has scribed pilasters, consoles and moulded cornice
to sloping fascia, door with overlight on its left and another
doorway at far left. INTERIOR: shop altered C20, upper floors
not inspected.
