Town house, now shop. Early C19. Stucco on studwork, asbestos slate roof; brick axial stack. Deep plan probably altered to create shop. Three storeys; two-window range. Original sixteen-pane hornless sashes within moulded wooden architraves; moulded eaves cornice. Ground floor has Victorian-style mid C20 double shop front with overlight over panelled door on the left.
INTERIOR: shop altered C20, otherwise not inspected.
