Glass front with rendered brick and slate roof 2 storeys. 5 bays.
Central double-doors. Panelled plinth. 10-light full-height windows
to each floor with metal glazing bars between columns: cast-iron
between windows and timber at each end. Fascia at first-floor level.
Moulded projecting cornice. Hipped roof.
