Town house. Early C19. Incised stucco on masonry; right-hand
gable end asbestos slatehanging; asbestos slate roof with
projecting front eaves on shaped brackets. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys; nearly symmetrical 3-window front. Mid/late C19
horned sashes with glazing bars; central doorway with original
6-panel flush-panelled door; blind window over door; plinth;
mid-floor string. Stucco surrounds on brackets to 1st floor.
INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
