GV II

Maltings, now used as store. Early C19. Killas rubble, part of
which is painted; hipped roofs: front roof is corrugated;
parallel rear roof is dry Delabole slate and has pyramidal
roof with ventilator in the middle; cast-iron ogee gutters. 2
adjoining parallel rectangular ranges with rear range
projecting on the right. 2 storeys over basement; nearly
symmetrical 3-window range. Central doorway has V-jointed
ledged door with overlight. Fixed light with small panes, over
doorway; sashes on the left and 5-light window, at first-floor
right, with vertical glazing bars and random panes. INTERIOR
not inspected.
