5/74 Timmis memorial about
5m south of chancel of
Church of All Saints

GV II

Chest tomb. C.1817. Sandstone ashlar. Rectangular plan. Moulded
plinth and capping with reeded corner pilasters. Moulded inscription
panel on south commemorates Richard Timmis (died 1817) and his wife,
Elizabeth (died 1856). On short (east) side a further inscription to
2 infant daughters, Alice (died 1807) and Sarah (died 1808).
