On the site of the former Almoners Barn, now offices. C17 Red brick.
Plain tile roof. Rendered dormers. L-shape plan. 2 storeys. 6 bays.
Left-hand off-centre panelled door with moulded surround and C19 hood.
Sash window with glazing bars to the left of door. 3-light C17 window
and door with plain surround at extreme right. Moulded brick stringcourse
above ground floor remade to the left. 4 sash windows with glazing bars
to first floor left and 2 mullion and transom windows to the right,
all with raised brick surrounds. Box gutter on iron brackets. Single
storey 2 bay arm between the 2 doors and at right-angles to the main
block. Mullion and transom windows. Moulded cornice and hipped roof.
Staircase hall with C17 panelling and stair with turned balusters.
