Shown on OS map as Nos 12 and 16. Two town houses, now with shop. Mid C19. Stucco on studwork; dry slate roof with projecting eaves; cast-iron ogee gutter. Deep plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Late C19 four-pane sashes within moulded architraves; 2nd floor with sill brackets and fluted end pilasters; 1st floor with segmental heads over ears, scrolled sill aprons and rusticated quoins. C20 shop front. INTERIOR not inspected.
