Villa, divided into flats. c1840s, massively extended to the
rear in the C20. Stuccoed and blocked out; hipped slate roof;
stacks with rendered shafts.
PLAN: Original plan double-depth, 2-rooms-wide. Position of
original porch unclear.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window garden front. Deep,
boxed eaves with eaves band. 2 ground-floor tripartite windows
glazed with late C19 sashes with horizontal glazing bars. 2
smaller, similar first floor windows with Venetian shutters.
Pretty trellis verandah across front with lean-to glazed roof
Screen walls to left and right to single-storey extensions
include round-headed windows.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but said to be altered with original
stair replaced.
