Single terraced house. c.1766, altered. J Pocock, architect
and B Williams, builder for D Harrison and J Davis. Brown
brick set in Flemish bond; roof obscured. Sidehall entrance
plan. Three storeys with basement; 2-window range. Steps rise
to entrance on right: doorway with pilaster jambs carrying
corniced-head, blocked fanlight and C20 panelled door.
Ground-floor 6/6 sashes set in gauged-brick arched recess.
Gauged-brick flat arches to upper floor sashes: first floor
full-height 6/6 sashes with iron balconies; second-floor 2/2
sashes. House approached from terrace with cast-iron railing.
This house was originally part of an extensive C18 terrace
which has been partially demolished.
