House, now office. Early C19. Elvan ashlar with granite
dressings including plinth, sills, jambstones, very shallow
segmental arches, rusticated quoins and modillion cornice to
parapet; dry slate half-hipped roof; some asbestos slate brick
end stacks. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; regular 4-window
range. Original hornless sashes with glazing bars, except for
horned copy to 2nd floor, 3rd from left; 2nd-floor sashes
shorter and with high meeting rails. Entrance to right-hand
return. INTERIOR: not inspected, except to note panelled
window shutters to ground and 1st floors, but likely to be of
interest.
