Town house. Early C19. Elvan ashlar with granite dressings
including plinth, flat arches and mid-floor string; asbestos
slate roof with brick stack on left; cast-iron ogee gutters
over moulded fascia board. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
regular 3-window range. Original 12-pane hornless sashes;
doorway on right with early C20 leaded glazed Art Nouveau top
panel and overlight; C20 wrought-iron door gate. INTERIOR: not
inspected except to note panelled window shutters to ground
floor, but likely to be of interest.
