Villa, now farmhouse. c1833. Colour-washed stone rubble; Welsh
slate roof; central stone ridge stack with 2 diagonally set
brick chimneys; twin stack and single stack, to rear; brick
lateral stack and rear end stack, to right wing. Single
storey; 4-panel door in brick porch with lancet to gable;
flanked by late C19 plain sashes under concrete lintels;
central gable with blind opening under corbelled stone
hood-moulding. To right, narrow recessed bay with Gothick
light with spandrels under hood-moulding, and 2 storey gable
bay with altered 2-light Gothick window over 3-light Gothick
window; corbelled hood-mouldings. Further wing to right with
Gothick window in small gable. Right returned side: C20
composite tile roof; two, 8/8 sashes; casement under timber
plate; plank door. Rear: twin gables with cross-windows; 4/4
sash.
