Shop and dwelling, now offices and flats. Early C19, restored
1977. Stucco; composite tile roof. 3 storeys; 2-window range:
C20 6/6 sashes, set between pairs of pilasters to moulded
storeyband; 3/6 sashes over, in similar settings, with
garlands to eaves-cornice; recessed panels to right; leaded
parapet. Central entrance: lozenge-glazed panelled door and
plain overlight, flanked by bow-windows with glazing bars, and
panelled risers and reveals, under moulded wood flat hoods on
reeded pilasters; entrance to left, with missing door, and
plain overlight; rusticated stucco to moulded storeyband.
