House, now shop and dwelling. C18. Stucco; composite tile
roof. 3 storeys and cellar; 2-window range: C20 6/6 sashes to
1st and 2nd floors, set between pairs of pilasters, with
recessed panels; moulded architraves; moulded band and frieze
with garlands, to eaves. Late C19 shop front with central
margin-glazed double-doors and blocked overlight, between
plate-glass windows with curved returns; enriched cornice and
hood with panelled soffit on brackets. Entrance to right: C20
part-glazed panelled door and overlight, in C19 fluted
architrave. Rear: C19 8/8 sash and two C20 6/6 sashes to 1st
and 2nd floors. Late C19 tripartite window flanked by C19 6/6
sashes, to ground floor lean-to, under C20 felt roof.
