Office building. 1860. Ashlar with granite basement. 4
storeys with basement and 7 bays. Sill courses, entablature
over 2nd floor, cornice and blocking course. Panelled end
pilasters in 3 stages with pedimented finials. Ground floor
with channelled rustication, casement windows. All other
windows sashed without glazing bars. Those to centre bay
are tripartite. Entrance with flat pilasters. 1st floor
windows have architraves and entablature, the centre one in
the form of an applied distyle-in-antis Ionic portico.
