GV II

House. Early C19. Stuccoed on plinth with hipped slate roof
and end stuccoed chimneystacks. 2 storeys 3 windows. 12-pane
sashes. Wide paired bracket eaves cornice. Central doorcase
with Tuscan porch, elaborate fanlight and double 6-panelled
door. Original doors, door casings and window casings
internally. Attached to the house are cast iron spear railings
enclosing a paved courtyard.
