Farmhouse. Early Cl9. Red brick with brick platband over ground floor. Moulded wooden eaves cornice to slate roof with end stacks and ridge stack to left.Two and a half storeys; three window front, the bays closer together to left than right. All windows under segmental arches: 3-light casements to ground and first floors (with transoms), Yorkshire sashes to upper half storey. Panelled door to right of centre in moulded surround with pediment on console-brackets over. (Photo Jun 2010).
