Farmhouse, now flats. Mid C19. Rubble with brick dressings and
end stacks, and a double and triple Roman tiled roof.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. A
symmetrical front has overhanging eaves, with a lattice,
gabled porch to a 4-panel door; 8/8-pane sashes, and 3 gabled
dormers with casements and barge-boards. INTERIOR not
inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached brick front garden
wall with Pennant posts, and cast-iron spear-headed railings
and gate.
