Shop and flat. c1870. Thin courses of rock-faced stone; roof
of thin stone slates with stone ridge and chimneys. 2 storeys
and attic; single-window range. Ground floor has full-width
modillioned entablature on slender round pilasters, shop front
to left with stone stall-risers and stone step to central
recessed partly-glazed panelled door and overlight, and
4-panel house door and overlight at right. First-floor central
canted bay rests on shop entablature and has sashes in
segmental-headed frames, and cornice supporting hipped roof.
Roof has gabled dormer with shaped and pierced bargeboards and
spike finial, and 2-pane casement windows. Left end chimney
with coping. INTERIOR: not inspected.
