Early C19, former mill house of Ham Mill. Late C19 or early C20 extension added on west side forming entrance front. Early C19 block. Two storeys. One window. Tiled roof with gable stacks. Brick. Gauged flat brick arch to recessed sash window to 1st floor with glazing bars and sidelights. Former entrance replaced by splayedbey with French windows. Late C19 block. Two storeys and dormer. Double fronted with 3 windows. Hipped tile roof with projecting eaves. Brick. Gauged flat brick arches to recessed sash windows with glazing bars; outer bays with sidelights. Tuscan portico to entrance.
