Probably C17 or C18 mill house, remodelled and refenestrated early C19. Tile roof
with carved bargeboards to east gable, and central brick stack. Two-and-a-half
storeys. Timber framed with stucco front and plain band at 1st floor level. East
gable with 2 light casement windows with cast-iron Gothick arched lights and
glazing bars; 5-light, splayed bow window to ground floor with Gothick glazing and
hipped tile roof. Openings on other sides of building altered.
