Late C18 painted brick. 3 storeys. 7 windows, double-hung sashes with
glazing bars. C19 shop front with dentilled cornice. Granite steps to
panelled and glazed doors. Elliptical arched carriageway on right. Granite
string course end wooden eaves course. Slate roof. Included for group
value.

Nos 1 to 5 (consec) with Nos 1 and 1A Lostwithiel Street form a group.
