Attached houses premises of "Number Twenty One". Later C18 with c.1900
refenestration. Lias rubble walls. Slate roof with stone gable-coping
at right hand, half-hipped. 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes and glazing-bars
to first floor. Shop-front at left hand ground, large panes divided by
wooden columns. Modillion-type cornice. Former front doorway at centre,
now one large glass panel. Fluted Tuscan pilasters, with a plain frieze
and imposts over. No 22, one bay, 2 storeys. Shop front with glass
panels left and right. Continuous cornice over. Front door at centre,
wood with a large glass panel, C19. Interior: Stone fireplace with Tudor-
arch head with recess spandrels and moulded jambs, c.C16.
