Attached cottage, formerly a shoe shop. Mid C19. Stone walls, washed.
Asbestos slate roof and stone gable-coping. One brick stack at right
hand gable. 2 storeys. 2 windows, ground floor shop-front with a 4-
light wooden mullion window and fascia. Continuous moulded wood cornice.
Front door at centre, wooden, flush-panelled with 4-lights, C20. First
floor: 2 sashes with vertical glazing-bars. Included for Group Value.
