Early C18. Red brick building facing the Thames with modern additions toward street.
2 storeys and attics, 4 double-hung sashes, 1 casement. Ground floor has 4 wide
openings for boats; 1st floor right hand C18 oriel wood 3-window bay with weather
boarding, 2 side windows in main wall, all with wood architraves. Modillion brick
cornice, old tile roof, 4 dormers.
The only building of any character facing the river.
