Early C19. Painted brick. 3 storeys. 2 windows to Fore Street, 3 windows
to Tregory Hill. Sashes with moulded cases, segmental arches. Small
early C19 shops, on both elevations, with flat pilasters, continuous fascia
and cornice around corner. Cement washed slate hipped roof. Moulded
wood eaves. Included for group value.

The Ship Inn andNos 3 and 5 Fore Street together with No 1A Tregony Hill
form a group.
