C18. Coursed rubble. 2 storeys and attic. 3 windows, sashes with glazing
bars, red brick arches to ground floor. Round headed door with fanlight.
Eaves cornice. Steep hipped roof with wide modern dormer. Early C19
west wing at rear, 3 storeys, red brick, 3 sash windows with glazing bars.

The Ship Inn and Nos 3 and 5 Fore Street together with No 1A Tregony
Hill form a group.
