Single Cottage. Dated JIP 1796. Dressed stone walls. Ashlar quoins.
Thatch roof with stone gable-copings. Renewed C20 brick stacks at left and
right hand gables. 2 storeys and attics. 3 windows in a symmetrical
facade, 3-light square stone mullions, with plain recessed architraves and
separate labels over. Iron casements to windows, c C19. Front door at
centre, with similar architrave, pulvinated frieze and moulded flat cornice.
Wooden door with 4 panels and 2 top lights, C20. Outshut at rear under a
continuous thatch roof, C19. Front garden wall, 20 yards to north. Rubble-
stone walls with ashlar stone coping, ramped at west end. Stone ball-finials
to pedestrian gate-entrance at centre.
