Town house, now three shops with accommodation over. Early to
mid-C19. Rendered brick; roof obscured. 3 storeys. Symmetrical
3-window range (to upper floors), the front articulated by
four paired giant pilasters with anthemion capitals and
incised Greek-key motif; dentilled cornice and parapet
slightly raised and projecting to centre (forming a shallow
pediment) and sides. 2nd-floor: side windows are tripartite
sashes with glazing bars, renewed casement to centre in
original opening, all in moulded surrounds. lst-floor with
taller windows, those to the sides under moulded cornices on
consoles and with iron railings, that to the centre under
segmental pediment; original openings with renewed casements.
Ground floor altered in C20, but panelled pilasters and
reveals and some dentillation survives. Contemporary
outbuildings to rear.
