Dated 1885. Brick; tiled roof with coved eaves and decorative ridge tiles.
In a Cadogan Square style. Two storeys plus attic; 3 bays, that on the left
with a Dutch gable that on the right with a larger shaped and pedimented
gable. Ground floor with 2 windows together forming a bay window with balustraded
balcony above, a closed porch with arched entrance and balustraded balcony above
and a canted bay window rising through 2 storeys and also carrying a balustraded
balcony. First floor with 2 windows treated as one but each with a Dutch gable
that breaks into the coving and a single window set in a recess with dentilled
moulding below the coving. In the attic 3 and 2 light casement windows. All
other windows sashes with original glazing bars. Attached on the right the coach
house with segmental arch and a shaped gable.
