Formerly a pair of mid-C19 cottages, now one dwelling.  Gault brick, low pitch slate roof with central ridge stack and shaped barge boards with finials. Two storeys. Two first floor and ground floor steel-framed casements with glazing bars terminating in Gothic arches. Two boarded doors to east and west. Pantiled lean-tos at gable ends.
